Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with WHO (1999) diagnosis and classification criteria for type 2 diabetes; (2) Aged between 18 and 75 years old; (3) Diagnosis time >=3 months; (4) Clear consciousness; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Gestational diabetes mellitus; (2) Severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure; (3) Serious complications or comorbidities; (4) Mental illness or cognitive impairment; (5) Hearing impairment, severe retinopathy; (6) Combined with other malignant neoplasms.
