55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55-85 year old community population; 2. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significantly limited independent living ability (MRS >=4); 2. Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and other progressive diseases of nervous system; 3. Severe depression (PHQ-9 >=20); 4. Serious mental disorders such as schizophrenia; 5. Other non vascular diseases that cause leukoencephalopathy, including CO poisoning, multiple sclerosis and adrenoleukodystrophy; 6. Cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial space occupying lesions and other diseases; Acute ischemic stroke with infarction more than 2cm; 7. The expected service life is less than 1 year; 8. Obvious hearing or vision impairment, language disorder, claustrophobia, etc. and patients who can not cooperate with neuropsychological scale evaluation and MRI examination; 9. Patients who could not be followed up during the study.
