Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1 normal control group (1) female over 25 and under 75; (2) be able to understand and sign the informed consent of the project. 1.2 there were chemotherapy groups (1) women over 25 years old and under 75 years old who have received chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery; (2) be able to understand and sign the informed consent of the project. 1.3 no chemotherapy group (1) no chemotherapy for breast cancer patients over the age of 25 and under the age of 75; (2) be able to understand and sign the informed consent of the project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2.1 normal control group (1) hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases; (2) past history of cancer or other major diseases; (3) history of mental illness; (4) have a long history of medication. 2.2 there were chemotherapy groups (1) hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases; (2) expected survival time <1 year; (3) combined with alzheimer's disease or other neuropsychiatric diseases. 2.3 no chemotherapy group (1) expected survival time <1 year; (2) combined with alzheimer's disease or other neuropsychiatric diseases; (3) hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases.
