Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study plans to recruit 90 orthokeratology lens wearers who meet the standard deviation group and 30 orthokeratology lens wearers who meet the standard center group. (1) Age 8 to 14 years old; (2) Spherical diopter -0.75-4.00D, cylinder diopter 0-1.25D, best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) =1.0; (3) No other eye diseases except myopia, no history of eye trauma and surgery, no history of strabismus, amblyopia and other eye diseases; (4) Agree to be randomly assigned to any group and participate in follow-up on time; (5) The patient wears contact lenses for the first time; (6) No contraindications for wearing contact lenses; (7) Good self-care ability, good hygiene habits, and good treatment compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of treatment related to myopia prevention and control (such as soft or hard contact lenses, bifocal or multifocal frame glasses, atropine eye drops, etc.); (2) Strabismus or amblyopia; (3) Systemic diseases that may affect refractive development (such as Down syndrome, Marfan syndrome), or ocular diseases that may affect refractive errors (such as cataracts, ptosis); (3) Contraindications for wearing orthokeratology lenses: history of eye inflammation or infection, corneal dystrophy; (4) Failure to conduct follow-up review on time; (6) The wearing compliance is poor, and there are problems in lens care and cleaning.
