Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Selective general anesthesia for carotid endarterectomy; 2) Age 18-65 years; 3) ASA rating I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal to participate in this study; 2) The mean arterial pressure drop is less than 20% compared with the baseline value; 3) Emergency surgery; 4) Severe arrhythmia, heart failure; 5) Liver and kidney dysfunction. 6) Allergic to methoxamine and ephedrine
