Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have seen a doctor in our hospital and obtained a clear diagnosis; 2) All inspection items and physical signs are perfect; 3) good nutrition; 4) Over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)The recurrence or aggravation of the controlled disease has an effect on serum uric acid; 2)Personal and family history of other autoimmune diseases; 3)Person who has a sudden medical condition that affects the state of the body or who needs special treatment 4)Mentally disabled and pregnant or lactating women 5)Secondary hyperuricemiaincluding tumor, renal insufficiency, liver cirrhosis patients and drug effects ect.; 6)People who refuse to do research or cooperate.
