18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. aged 18-65 years, gender unlimited; 3. general anesthesia combined with nerve block anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with consciousness disorder, cognitive disorder and mental disorder; 2. with diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy; 3. with malignant tumor; 4. with infection of puncture site; 5. with local anesthetics allergy; 6. with cerebral infarction; 7. with significant coagulation dysfunction; 8. with opioid for chronic analgesia; 9. with serious cardiopulmonary disease; 10. with serious hepatorenal disease.
