Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) To meet the diagnostic criteria of insomnia; (2) Those with fixed residence; (3) Signed informed consent; (4) Pittsburgh Sleep Questionnaire (PSQI) was selected for screening, and the score (>=7) could be used as subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with major organ diseases; (2) People with ulceration, redness and swelling of the ear and allergy to adhesive tape; (3) Chinese and Western medicines related to the treatment of the disease were taken in the first two weeks.
