Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The first onset was diagnosed as ischemic stroke by skull CT or MRI; (2) The vital signs were stable; (3) The age was less than 50 years old and the course of disease was 1 <= 5 months; (4) The lower extremities of paraplegic side had common motor mode, Bronnstrom stage III-V stage, improved Sshworth grade less than 2 grade; (5) Clear mind, able to understand and cooperate with interactive scalp acupuncture treatment; (6) Right hand use; (7) 3 months of rehabilitation treatment; (8) Informed consent of patients or family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-cerebrovascular disease events; (2) Transient ischemic attack, reversible neurological deficit, etc.; (3) Pregnant or lactating patients; (4) Serious primary diseases such as important organ dysfunction, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, as well as psychosis.
