Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. after more than three times of high-quality embryo transfer or cumulative transfer of more than 10 embryos without clinical pregnancy, IVF-ET is proposed to be performed again; 2. the age is 25-40 years old; 3. the uterine morphology is basically normal, no abnormal echo in the uterine cavity, no ovarian cyst, and the basic endocrine is in the normal range; 4. the use of the same schedule as the previous cycle; 5. the use of high-quality frozen embryos; 6. continuous Observation of three menstrual cycles, willing to accept the treatment measures of this study (including the experimental group and the control group), signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. positive serological screening of torch, hepatitis B, C, human immunodeficiency virus and syphilis, including gonorrhea, chlamydia, mycoplasma and human immunodeficiency virus infection; 2. patients with serious primary or secondary diseases, spermatopathy and chromosomal abnormality; 3. patients who have received a number of other treatments at the same time or did not follow the regulations, those who can't judge the curative effect or whose data are incomplete affect the judgment of curative effect; 4. those who have previous immune system disease and family history, blood disease and thrombotic disease, progressive malignant tumor or other serious consumptive diseases.
