Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged > 60 years; 2) ASA classification I-III; 3) Undergoing elective lumbar surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal to participate in this study; 2) Emergency surgery; 3) Anemia; 4) Preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 5) Neurological or psychiatric disorders cannot be accepted after surgery; 6) Heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 7) Severe skeletal muscle diseases such as muscle atrophy; 8) Skin disease can not tolerate non-invasive electrode pads.
