Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 60 years; 2. high school (secondary school) and above cultural level; 3. for doctors and nurses who are still working in the clinical front line; 4. volunteer to participate, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied by psychotic symptoms or personality abnormalities; 2. there are serious physical illnesses and unstable periods (including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and tumors); 3. alcoholism, drug addiction or Internet addicts; 4. any reason can not be completed Course and practice requirements.
