Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over the age of 50 years; 2. Confirmed osteoporosis patients; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Viscera dysfunction, nervous system diseases (such as Parkinson's syndrome, dementia, stroke, etc.), rheumatic immune diseases; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as total parenteral nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease and gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Accompanied by other serious diseases that may hinder their enrollment or affect their survival, such as malignant tumors, infectious diseases, etc.; 4. The use of antibiotics, other micro-ecological preparations, gastrointestinal dynamic drugs and other preparations that can affect the intestinal flora within 30 days before enrollment; 5. Taking medcines that affect bone metabolism (such as calcitonin, zoledronic acid); 6. Secondary osteoporosis patients; 7. Mentally or legally disabled; 8. Women of childbearing age and patients preparing for pregnancy during the study; 9. Attendance at other clinical trials.
