Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hyperparathyroidism of end-stage renal disease; 2. Parathyroid gland resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation mechanism; 2. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Local anesthetic allergy; 4. Abnormal serum potassium concentration; 5. Severe anemia; 6. Uncontrolled high blood pressure; 7. Infected site to be blocked; 8. Rejected patients.
