Experimental group:duloxetine with Oral administration of gabapentin, pregabalin and Mecobalamin
Control group:Oral administration of gabapentin, pregabalin and Mecobalamin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Disease course lasted from January to March; 2. The lesion involvement range was T2-L5 spinal nerve distribution area; 2. All patients were rated with pain visual simulation scale(VAS), VAS >=5;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: with inability to match scores, or local infections, coagulation disorders, and severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases.
