Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) informed consent of the patient's family; (2) met the diagnostic criteria for ICD-10 bipolar disorder; (3) met the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome; (4) aged 18-40 years, gender, duration not limited; (5) the type and dose of the drug to be treated are not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those with severe physical complications such as brain, liver, kidney, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and primary hyperlipidemia; (2) pregnancy and lactation; (3) severe liver Patients with abnormal renal function; (4) severe endocrine system diseases; (5) contraindications for the use of antipsychotic drugs.
