Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with WHO (1999) diagnosis and classification criteria for type 2 diabetes; (2) Aged >= 18 years; (3) Diagnosis time >= 3 months; (4) Clear consciousness; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure, or combined with other malignant neoplasms; (2) Serious complications or comorbidities; (3) Mental illness or cognitive impairment; (4) Hearing impairment, severe retinopathy.
