Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging diagnosis is clearly diagnosed as lower limb fracture; 2. Clear trauma history; 3. Closed fracture; 4. Drainage tube placed after fracture; 5. Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. comminuted fracture; 2. combined with osteoporosis; 3. combined with systemic infectious diseases; 4. with neurological disorders; 5. combined with coagulopathy.
