Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of papillary carcinoma by cytology or histopathology before operation; (2) Single focus; (3) Maximum diameter of focus <= 10 mm; (4) Normal thyroid function before operation,no other history of thyroid disease(Such as acute or chronic thyroiditis);(5) Those who are not suitable or refuse to undergo thyroidectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Extrathyroid invasion, cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (2) Pregnant or lactating patients; (3) Patients with other serious systemic diseases or immune related diseases; (4) Severe hepatorenal or cardiopulmonary insufficiency; (5) Severe coagulation dysfunction.
