Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20-40 years; 2) Hysteroscopic diagnosis of grade III and above (European Endoscopy Association diagnostic criteria) intrauterine adhesions, recurrent intrauterine adhesions or scars; 3) Pre-uterine adhesion lysis or hormone replacement therapy can not restore the intimal regeneration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who cannot accept the treatment observation procedure required by the test; 2) There are contraindications for hysteroscopic surgery; 3) Congenital uterine malformations; 4) Severe adenomyosis; 5) Uterine fibroids that may affect embryo implantation; 6) The investigator judges that there are other uterine factors that are not suitable for embryo implantation; 7) Patients with chromosomal abnormalities; 8) Reproductive system tuberculosis; 9) Chronic wasting or hemorrhagic diseases; 10) Untreated hydrosalpinx; 11) Estrogen Treatment contraindications; 12) Systemic diseases, such as patients with thrombosis, cardiopulmonary disease, hematopoietic diseases and malignant tumors; 13) Patients without fertility requirements.
