Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Control group: senile cataract patients who are scheduled to undergo phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation. Glaucoma group: 1. Patients who are diagnosed with juvenile open angle glaucoma, primary open angle glaucoma, exfoliative glaucoma, and pigmentary glaucoma. 2. Aged > 18 years. 3. Patients need to be treated with schlemm canaloplasty, microcatheter-assisted 360-degree trabeculectomy, trabectome, and CO2 laser-assisted deep sclerectomy because of uncontrolled intraocular pressure or intolerance to medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone eye surgery previously; 2. Patients suffered from other eye diseases besides cataract; 3. Patients who are allergic to contrast agents.
