14 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed asthma and severe asthma who meet the GINA guidelines for asthma diagnosis in 2019. 2. Healthy volunteers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking > 10 packs. 2. Patients with respiratory infections within 4 weeks prior to the test. 3. Patients with newly diagnosed asthma have used systemic glucocorticoids, antihistamines, long-acting theophylline, anti-leukotrienes or other immunosuppressants and anti-inflammatory drugs within 4 weeks prior to the test. 4. Patients with severe asthma use systemic glucocorticoids within 2 weeks prior to the test. 5. Combine other respiratory diseases, including but not limited to tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, COPD and other diseases. 6. Combine diseases that may cause blood eosinophilia, including but not limited to parasitic infections, ABPA, exogenous allergic alveolitis, idiopathic eosinophilia, leukemia, and the like. 7. Severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or a combination of other systems (such as metabolic, immune, neurological, blood) severe disease patients. 8. Those who use immunomodulatory related drugs. 9. Pregnant, lactating women.
