Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute traumatic femoral head fracture have at least one positive and lateral radiograph of the injured hip joint; 2. have at least one year's follow-up record or follow-up until the fracture healing plate is taken out.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of femoral head fracture or hip injury; 2. nerve or blood vessel injury; 3. open fracture; 4. necrosis of femoral head caused by pathological fracture, old fracture or non-polar trauma.
