Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With typical anti-acid and heartburn symptoms, the course of the disease was greater than 3 months. The 24-hour MI-pH of the esophagus confirmed pathological gastroesophageal reflux. According to the performance of the esophageal mucosa under the upper gastrointestinal endoscope, it was divided into RE, NERD, and BE.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peptic ulcer, cardiac flaccid, esophageal malignant tumor, history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, diabetes, can not tolerate or cooperate with gastroscopy due to serious diseases or mental abnormalities.
