65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients, >= 65 years old; 2. Laparoscopic surgery; 3. The estimated anesthesia duration is more than 2 hours; 4. No previous mental illness: such as delirium, mania, depression and preoperative cognitive decline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has serious preoperative complications, such as respiratory system and cardiovascular system; 2. Anesthesia ASA class >= III; 3. The patient or authorized person refuses to participate in this study; 4. Patients who cannot conduct delirium evaluation after surgery, such as non-cooperation, are sent to ICU with tubes, etc.
