Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infectious keratitis with clear pathogen (bacterial or fungal); 2. Age choice: over 12 years old; 3. Gender selection: no restrictions; 4. The subject or his legal guardian knows and signs the informed consent; 5. No clinical trial participants in the past month. 6. Ulcer lesions exceed the first 1/3 corneal thickness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uniocular patients; 2. Corneal thickness is less than 300 microns;. 3. Simultaneous scleritis; 4. Can not cooperate with: such as severe cough, hemiplegia, facial paralysis, cerebral palsy, as well as mentally retarded patients, deaf patients. 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Researchers do not consider it appropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
