18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) in conjunction with patient history, signs and imaging diagnosis clear; 2) conservative treatment for three months inaccurate; 3) patients without the combined liver and kidney dysfunction, no bleeding embolism, no blood system-related diseases; 4) are passing through the transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) surgery; 5) for the first time lumbar surgery; 6) the relevant medical records with complete data; 7) surgery performed by the same group of surgeons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) lumbar revision surgery; 2) Lumbar infection, or lumbar spinal tuberculosis by tumor; 3) diabetes, and perioperative glycemic control; 4) scoliosis, spinal lesions deformity ankylosing spondylitis; 5) intraoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
