Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) for the diagnosis of insomnia (ie, primary insomnia); 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. 5 years of education or above, no understanding disorder; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score > 7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary insomnia, including mental disorders, physical illness, substance abuse and other sleep disorders; 2. insomnia caused by moderate and above depression and anxiety, HAMD score >=20 points, HAMA score >=14 points; 3. 2 During the week, he took anti-depression, anti-psychotic and other drugs that affect cognitive function; 4. obvious hearing or visual impairment; 5. uncooperative examination, unable to complete the test; 6. pregnancy and lactation; 7. night Polysomnography (PSG) found that the apnea/hypopnea index (AHI) >5 or the periodic leg movements index (PLMI) >15.
