Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 cases of children selected from Guangzhou Women and Childrens Medical Center to perform elective thoracotomy surgery, age > 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative children with severe infections, such as pneumonia, lung abscess, etc.; 2. children with abnormal cardiac function.
