Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosis of T2DM; at least one treatment in our hospital before the study; male or female older than 18 years and less than 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Proteinuria (urinary albuminto-creatinine ratio>=30 mg/mmol); history of malignancy; impaired renal function (eGFR< 60 mL/min); patients involved in trials; pregnancy or lactation; clinical depression.
