Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients more than 1 year after heart transplantation, no magnetic resonance contraindications and contrast allergy, no obvious renal dysfunction, and stable vital signs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic atrial fibrillation, severe cardiovascular disease or respiratory disease, current histologically or clinically confirmed significant acute rejection, allergic to contrast agents
