18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: End-stage liver disease patients aged 18 to 65 years planning for liver transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. merging, mental disease, central nervous system disease, craniocerebral trauma, surgical operation history; 2. nearly three months history of alcohol or drug dependence or general anesthesia; 3. abnormal function of language, hearing, vision, or for other reasons can not complete the survey; 4. preoperative is characterized by hepatic encephalopathy; 5. the patient or family don't agree to be involved in the study; 6. the education duration less than 3 years; 7. within 10 days before surgery with brain, liver, lung, heart, kidney and other organs of serious complications.
