18 Years to 38 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. number of oocyte retrieval>20; 2. mean number of follicles more than 20 with a diameter of >14mm; 3. on the day of oocyte retrieval, the ovarian diameter was > 10 cm; 4. E2 leve>=5000 pg/ml on the day of hCG administration; 5. presentation of clinical symptoms of OHSS on the day of aspiration; 6. Cancellation of fresh embryo transfer and cryopreservation of the whole embyros after oocyte retrieval.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to letrozole and cetrotide; 2. The presence of hepatic and renal diseases, hypertension, cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction or coagulation disorders; 3. Unwilling to participate in the research.
