Weight group 1:Patients who ventilated with size 3 of LMA during the anesthesia.
Weight group 2:Patients who ventilated with size 4 of LMA during the anesthesia.
Weight group 3:Patients who ventilated with size 5 of LMA during the anesthesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years, ASA physical status I to III, body mass index <=27.5kg/cm2 undergoing general anesthesia with classic LMA were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a high risk of regurgitation or aspiration (hiatal hernia, Zenker diverticulum, history of gastro-esophageal reflux disease [GERD],etc); 2. Those with a potentially difficult airway (a history of difficulty airway, mouth opening <2 cm, Mallampati class 4, limited neck extension or cervical spine pathology); 3. Respiratory tract pathology; 4. With symptomatic acute upper respiratory infection(eg, preoperative sore throat, cough and expectoration,etc); 5. Suffering from cardiopulmonary dysfunctions, severe hepatic and renal dysfunctions or conagulation disorder; 6. With loosening or absent of teeth; 7. Long-term taking hormone drugs; 8. Exiting any other factors that would affect the results of the research.
