Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. acute or subacute onset, associated neuropsychiatric symptoms, positive anti-NMDAR antibody in cerebrospinal fluid or serum, meeting the diagnostic criteria for anti-NMDAR encephalitis; 2. if the patient has a complicated teratoma, the teratoma should be removed in west China hospital and the postoperative specimens should be well preserved 3. complete clinical data, and the patient and his/her family members can cooperate to complete relevant examinations and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other diagnosis of encephalitis cannot be excluded.
