Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All left-over clinical specimens collected as normal routine procedures from patients with suspected infections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse the normal routine medical procedures or management in the primary screening; 2. Patients who refuse to participate or from whom consent cannot be obtained, if collection of extra specimens are deemed necessary.
