Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of 18 years of age or older, men and women not limited; 2. The clinical symptoms and signs in accordance with the diagnosis of chronic urticaria, diagnostic criteria for all (meet) : a sexual urticaria, skin appear;Itch as the main symptoms.A course of 6 or more weeks;The cause is not clear;At least 2 times a week or two days of symptom onset, duration of a single wind group 24 hours or less; Merger or not angioedema. 3.outpatients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking antihistamine drugs, do not receive treatment during the drug withdrawal; 2. Physical urticaria, genetic vascular edema and other clear causes (such as drugs, infection, etc.) caused by urticaria; 3. Patients with hematologic tumor, autoimmune disease, upper respiratory tract infection, being treated with anticoagulant drugs and systemic glucocorticoid therapy; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
