Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of recurrent hyperlipidemia Acute pancreatitis: two or more acute pancreatic attacks induced by hyperlipidemia, accompanied by symptoms of abdominal pain, serum amylase greater than 500 U / L, abdominal imaging suggests pancreatic increase Big; 2. The BMI is greater than 27.5 kg/m2; 3. Measuring serum triglyceride levels: at least greater than 2.3 mmol / L; 4. Adapt to general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude hereditary hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis; 2. Have undergone bariatric surgery or other complicated abdominal surgery; 3. Other patients with poor medical control; 4. Drug addiction or suffering from mental disorders that are difficult to control; 5. Those who are not expected to be realistic or unwilling to bear the risk of surgery for surgery; 6. Can not cooperate with postoperative diet and lifestyle changes, poor compliance; 7. Poor general condition, difficult to tolerate general anesthesia or surgery; 8. biliary system stones or other diseases; 9. The pancreatitis was overeating before the onset of the pancreatitis, drinking a lot; 10. Pancreatic diseases: including tumors, stones, pancreatic duct stenosis, etc.; 11. Any operation that has received general anesthesia within 6 weeks prior to the signing of the ICF; 12. Pregnancy.
