65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly general anesthesia patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery; aged >= 65 years, BMI = 30%; the estimated operation time is more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, serious heart disease or arrhythmia and poor control; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Preoperative neuropsychiatric diseases or taking sedative and hypnotic drugs or alcohol abusers.
