Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged at least 2 years old; 2) patients with cerebral palsy whose main manifestation is spasticity of the lower extremities can be treated by selective posterior rhizotomy; 3) the modified asworth spasm score >=3, which can be used to complete simple movements; 4) the legal representative of the patient signs the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) people infected with HIV or syphilis; 2) the patients with neuromuscular diseases of lower limbs can not be operated; 3) severe organ disease can not tolerate operation; 4) those who are allergic to direct current; 5) the researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in the clinical trial for other reason.
