Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing elective transurethral resection of the prostate, preoperative fasting water > 6h. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patients grade I to III. 3. aged 60-85 years. 4. cardiac function I ~ II, preoperative medical treatment after blood pressure control 60 mm Hg, ejection fraction (EF) >55%; hematuria, coagulation, liver and kidney function is basically normal. 5. patients were informed of the main experimental method and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe cardiovascular disease and respiratory diseases, including: moderate to above valvular stenosis and regurgitation; atrial fibrillation; abnormal local ventricular wall motion; elevated pulmonary artery moderate; pericardial effusion; portal hypertension. 2. poor sound transmission, ultrasound scan area has serious skin damage and infection of the lesions. 3. those who have mental disorders or emotional and intellectual disabilities cannot cooperate.
