Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. according to the medical history, clinical manifestations and imaging examination, it was diagnosed that the third mandibular molar was impacted in the middle and low position and the depth of the distal bone defect of the adjacent second molar was more than 4 mm; there were complete and healthy third maxillary molars; 3. volunteered to participate in the test, and could participate in the test review on time and complete the whole test step; 4. willing to fill in the informed consent and provide personal medical history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. there is severe chronic pericoronitis and inflammatory granulation tissue on the affected side; 2. there are tumors and fractures in the third mandibular molar area; 3. there is imperfect root canal treatment near the second molar, or there is apical disease, with no reserved value; 4. there is serious systemic disease and tumor; 5. the patient has severe periodontal disease and the treatment can not be controlled; 6. pregnant women and lactation period women and those who prepare for pregnancy during the trial (according to the information provided by the subjects); 7. those who cannot follow the doctor's advice for treatment or incomplete records of the trial process, which affects the judgment of curative effect; 8. those who are seriously addicted to alcohol and tobacco (drinking more than 15 units per week, each unit refers to: 350 ml of beer or 150 ml of wine or 50 ml of spirits; smoking more than 25 pieces / D); 9. any mental illness, or other It can lead to diseases that are legally recognized as limiting capacity.
