18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with onychomycosis confiremed by history, clinical manifestations and laboratory results; (2) Fungal direct microscopy was positive and (or) fungal culture was positive; (3) Aged 18-65 years old male or female; (4) Women of childbearing age take effective contraceptive measures during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Local combination of paronychia, severe bacterial infection or other skin diseases which may interfere with the diagnosis and treatment; (2) Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney disease, patients with diabetes and mental diseases; (3) Systemic use of glucocorticoid or immunosuppressant within 3 months; (4) Systemic use of antifungals within 6 months or topical use of antifungals within 1 month; (5) Pregnant and breast-feeding women; (6) Continuous or semi-continuous nail discoloration.
