Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Twenty-five children with laryngotracheal stenosis aged 1 to 3 years who underwent tracheotomy for open laryngotracheal angioplasty were enrolled as experimental groups during the study period; 25 children with laryngotracheal stenosis aged 3 years or older who underwent tracheotomy for open laryngotracheal angioplasty were enrolled as control groups during the study period. All subjects underwent clinical assessment, endoscopic assessment, and imaging assessment prior to intervention to determine the extent of the condition and to confirm that the subject did require intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are clear surgical contraindications. Laryngeal tracheal angioplasty is not expected to achieve the desired results through clinical evaluation.
