Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female, age = 18 years, first diagnosed as heart failure by clinical, cardiac and heart failure markers (diagnostic criteria based on "Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guide 2018")
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years; 3 months prior to implantation of CRT or recent planned implantation of CRT; severe valvular disease; complex congenital heart disease; symptomatic bradycardia without cardiac pacemaker or second or third degree cardiac resistance Stagnation; MR contraindications (eg, after pacemaker implantation, mechanical valve replacement, left atrial appendage, artificial joints, etc.); unable to cooperate and provide informed consent; estimated survival of no more than 12 months Non-cardiogenic end-stage disease or other diseases (such as malignant tumors, cirrhosis, etc.); pregnancy or planned pregnancy; orthotopic heart transplantation or ventricular assist device installation within 12 months; unable to proceed according to research plan or entered Group or plan to enroll other research projects or disagree to participate in the study.
