10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-18 years; 2. Diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis; 3. Cobb angle is 10-25 degree; 4. Risser sign 0-4; 5. If accompanied by other diseases, the disease does not require special treatment or its treatment does not affect the treatment of scoliosis; 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to exercise, such as cardiovascular insufficiency, respiratory insufficiency; 2. There are contraindications to manual therapy: inflammatory arthritis, osteomyelitis, tumors, metabolic disorders that can affect bone integrity, fractures, dislocations, spinal instability, coagulopathy; 3. People with severe mental illness or mental symptoms; 4. History of previous spinal surgery; 5. History of previous scoliosis treatment (surgery, brace, exercise therapy, etc.).
