Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age was 16-60 years old. 2) Participants often use smart phones. 3) Participants agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications of endoscopic operation; 2) Intestinal stenosis or tumor obstruction; 3) Enterostomy; 4) Dysphagia; 5) Patients with swallowing reflex or mental illness (depression, anxiety, hypochondriasis, hysteria, etc.); 6) Severe gastroparesis or outlet obstruction; 7) Acute intestinal obstruction; 8) Intestinal perforation or acute peritonitis; 9) Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance = grade III); 11) Hypertension patients with poor blood pressure control (systolic blood pressure >= 170mmhg, diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmhg); 12) Acute bacterial dysentery, acute severe colitis and acute severe ulcerative colitis; 13) Dehydration or electrolyte disorder; 14) Pregnant or lactating women; 15) Active hemorrhage of digestive tract; 16) Patients with moderate or severe ventilatory dysfunction; 17) Coagulation dysfunction.
