Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Since the study began, as of the date of the ISPED collaboration within 10 during the children's hospital, due to the need of disease diagnosis, collecting sterile area normal fluid (blood, cerebrospinal fluid, bone marrow, chest surgical drainage of the water, liquid, etc.) and/or articular cavity effusion bacteria culture identification of specimens, the results for streptococcus pneumoniae positive, at least 1 time in hospitalized children diagnosed with invasive pneumococcal disease, and a complete hospital medical records. 3. Able to communicate well with researchers, understand and abide by research rules, agree and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children whose guardians reject blood and other sterile humoral bacteriological cultures; 2. Hospital stay is short, the diagnosis is not clear before the automatic discharge; 3. Inpatients with incomplete medical records; 4. Patients who are unable and/or unable to understand and/or execute the survey protocol; 5. Patients considered unfit by the investigator to participate in this clinical trial.
