Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of necrotizing enterocolitis (Bell stage II or III), birth weight <1500g, bowel perforation (indicated by pneumoperitoneum on abdominal radiograph, positive parecentesis, or clinical deterioration despite maximal medical therapy), surgical treatment, parents sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Term infants, NEC recurrenced, intestinal stricture after NEC, a previous laparotomy or peritoneal drainage, grade IV intraventricular hemorrhage.
