Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Total hip replacement surgery; 3. ASA I to III; 4. Ability to comply with research protocols.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Insufficient compliance with research protocols and the inability to complete relevant evaluators; 2. Are participating in other clinical trials; 3. There are contraindications for nerve block anesthesia; 4. Not willing to cooperate with patients; 5. Other factors that the investigator believes are not suitable for participating in this trial.
